Thomas Bold, RenovaCare’s President and CEO, brings more than fifteen years of professional experience in medical device manufacturing, development of stem cell culture technologies, and regenerative medicine project management. Thomas has co-founded several start-up companies in Germany, specializing in the organization and management of new ventures.

RenovaCare CFO Rhonda B. Rosen is a strategic and versatile senior finance executive with extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer and investment banker. Rhonda’s experience spans all areas of finance and accounting in a variety of industries including medical devices, specialty pharmaceuticals, energy, asset management and insurance.
Ms. Rosen served as Managing Director of Investment Banking at Oppenheimer & Co. and Putnam Lovell NBF, and has negotiated and closed transactions ranging in size from $50 million to $7 billion. She has successfully raised capital for clients in both the public and private equity and debt markets, including numerous successful initial public offerings.
Rhonda excels at building and improving early stage companies. She is a resourceful, self-directed leader and team player focused on providing the highest level of service to internal and external customers, with a unique ability to see the “big picture” while focusing on important details. Patsy Trisler is our Vice President for Regulatory and Clinical Affairs, leading RenovaCare’s regulatory efforts for our portfolio of medical devices and protocols. With nearly thirty years experience, Patsy brings a track record of success in navigating the Food and Drug Administration’s processes for medical devices.
Ms. Trisler’s experience in regulatory affairs includes several years with the FDA’s Center for Devices and Radiological Health. She began consulting in 1991, and has owned her own consulting firm since 2003. Director of Business Development, Research and Administration Drew Danielson has over fifteen years experience in research administration and fundraising operations. Before joining RenovaCare, Drew coordinated business operations at major universities, in a diverse portfolio of research areas including microsystems design, electrical systems theory, computational chemistry and molecular modeling, carbon capture and sequestration, polymer-based battery technology, organic catalysis, plasma medicine, sickle cell disease, molecular oncology, and a variety of drug trials.
Drew joined RenovaCare, Inc. to guide the further commercial development of our breakthrough wound healing technologies, coordinating many aspects of our external relations efforts and research and development programs.
